Some good points, but on Steffan I would like to see him command his area more especially from corners. We need to get the best out of what we have got. Our signings over the last couple of years and especially this last year don't fill me with any sort of confidence. They either start okay (Giles and Muniz for example) and then their form drops off a cliff or are iffy from the start (Lenihan, Clarke). Steffan is doing better now and Mcgree okay but nothing to warrant being a 3M player. Don't even get me started on Forss and Hoppe - I still can't fathom why we bought these two. I can see Hoppe going back to the USA next summer or soon after. Forss may stay as a bench warmer, which I guess wasn't in his or our plans.
It was Joel Piroe from Swansea that was quoted as being £25M...they upped the price to stop Leeds buying him. Gyoceres would go for £10-12MI was certainly "there" listening to our former manager on BBC Tees telling us that MFC were quoted £25m for a Championship striker - who of which didn't take much working out at the time.
what’s his fitness like? is he fast? how much ground does he cover?McCauley Langstaff please, not that we would get him.
is that you DZ?Arsènal I’d settle for their manager and coaches actually
If it’s just one I’d go for George Dobson 24yo midfielder from Charlton, out of contract in the summer. He’d be my number one pick. Great Middlesbrough signing, ticks all the boxes for me.Bearing in mind we’re not signing experienced plodders anymore but young talents with resale value.
Who do you go for?
Maybe send Matthew Hoppe out on loan to Bristol?Forward wise - recall Josh Coburn on Jan 1st seems a no brainer.
Fulham must be laughing at us. Muniz is no better than a park player.
Park player well down on Northern League but does that count?I am waiting someone to write Muniz is Northern League.
