Where has the word "Bantz" popped up from

"Amazing" is also overused nowadays.

I remember, when I was young, my Nana and Grandad sneering at the word 'cool', much like we are at all of these words.

Teenagers use some absolutely absurd words now. I can't even bring myself to type some of them out on here. But its all par for the course.

One I've noticed is people using the word "super" in place of "very" e.g. I'm super excited. Don't know why it irritates me so much but it does. Mark Cavendish does it a lot. Sounds like a apres ski thing to me.[/QUOTE]

It's a very American thing, particularly West Coast - I've found myself doing it a lot since living there, and have to check myself sometimes.

What the actual flip does Defcon1 mean?

Blimey, has nobody seen the movie War Games? Basically when the US is about ready to launch everything they have in their arsenal. (y)

A sliding scale of alert from 5 -1. 1 being the most serious.

Its all down to people putting morons on TV that use phrases in advertising like 'it'll be perf with Surf'

That effing TV show TOWIE is turning people into idiots.

Yes watched it years ago with Matthew Broderick I think as the computer geek
Still can't remember that saying it was to long ago, so I will assume what both words mean:-
Bantz= Pants
Defcon 1= Daft so & so

Best I could come up with mind 🤔
