What is your favourite Condiment?

I'm pretty simplistic..... HP Brown sauce

I have it with most things. I live and work down south and get plenty of grief for it. Apparently it's a Northern 'thing'. All the lads I work with have tomato ketchup.

I can guarantee that if I have a fried breakfast or Greggs someone will comment on me asking for Brown... 'such a northerner' 😂

👍At HP sauce, despite the fact it's now made in Holland.
I think the HP/tomato sauce conundrum is also age related. As you get older you gravitate more towards HP. I used to be quite good at getting Danny Bakers Saturday morning sausage sandwich game right. The older the contestant the more likely to go brown sauce.
 
Big condiment fan. Entire shelf in the fridge devoted to them 😂

Probably BBQ is my fave, picked up a very good steakhouse one recently. As for the best, the search continues 😁

Quite like A1 sauce in the US but it's expensive to get hold of over here .

How can it be a Northern thing when HP literally stands for "Houses of Parliament" and is named as such because the creator heard a rumour his sauce was being served in one of the restaurants there? 😂

Brown sauce with Fried Eggy
Chili Sauce on Donna Kebab ( some are better then others - sauces that is - not Donnas )
BarBeCue Sauce on Rice/chips
English Mustard on Dogs
Dijon with Korned Beef Sarnies ( though Hampshire Watercress is sublime)

Oh - Favourite. probably Salt and Malt Vinegar on fresh - beef fried chips
