Taking emotion or sides out of the responses, what can Israel's achievable end goal be?
I think that is outwardly what they would say they are doing it for but the deep seated reason is netanyahu is keeping his core support happy by showing "strength"I think THEY would argue they want to stop being attacked.
(I'm trying to be objective)
Zionists don't give a f**k about the holocaust. They didn't care when it was happening and they care less now. They do use it as an excuse for every action they take though. The annihilation of all Palestinians and revenge on the world for allowing the holocaust to happen.
All his tactics will achieve is a growing support for his enemies. The RW policy of Netanyahu is to show force so that no neighbouring country ever threatens them again. It's a shock and awe tactic. Will it work? I am convinced it wont but they see it as the best way to deal with the situation. He's now committed to going after Hezbollah's backers Iran. A very very dangerous escalation.
Greater Israel - google itTaking emotion or sides out of the responses, what can Israel's achievable end goal be?
Exactly. He’s just creating the next 2 generations of neighbouring Arab terrorists. Bigger and more angry groups in the making. Ensuring Israel gets attacked for decades to come. Idiotic. All his tactics will achieve is a growing support for his enemies.
There will be growing local extremism within the neighbouring countries.
There will be more worldwide outrage at Israel's actions and their worldwide support will decrease.
I don't think you should remove emotion. If the US administration had allowed human emotion, we might not be where we are today. So much for taking emotion and sides out of it.
