If you haven't got the players to be play in your perfect system then you have to be a pragmatist. You can't change the player's so you must change the system or keep failing. If you have no other style of play or formation to fall back on then it's a failing as a managerThe way we play isn't the problem, itsvthe personnel.
We aren't good enough at the front end of the team; none of the forwards has done it consistently, we need a bigger threat from the left flank and the midfielders need to create more and score more than they do.
But we're not a million miles away under this manager, or this team

You’d hope so, but he’s had a few chances to put it to bed and hasn’t.Having reread it, I think he’s maybe made an **** out of frostily answering a question that has basically got his back up.
I think he’s going nowhere. He’s just made a mess out of his answer.
Hes not a toddler, he knows not putting it to bed causes harm if he's staying, to me he is either considering it or hes going. If not you just say "I'm staying here"You’d hope so, but he’s had a few chances to put it to bed and hasn’t.

I think he has to play the way he believes will get results and whilst doing so work out who can, and can't, work within it.If you haven't got the players to be play in your perfect system then you have to be a pragmatist. No, he mentioned something quite recently in regards to Short/Medium term goals, the future etc saying something along the lines of ‘who knows what the future holds’ - I thought it was strange at the time because of the change in tone from previous medium/long term goals/big project/promotion plan 2-3 years to get there etc.Not looking good….
Wilder has just bought a house near Eaglescliffe Golf Club, but that can soon go back on the market I guess.Gotta also think personally, he can move back to Stockbridge and get to Burnley in an hour max. Will also be a lure. He will enjoy the challenge of keeping them up with a bumper payday bonus OR he bounces back with a strong team that would only need a couple tweaks. Not looking good, he’s off imo
Not if your girlfriend's Jimmy Krankie...It would be comical if he left us for Burnley. Like leaving your girlfriend for Bella emberg
He loaned 2 stinkers, inherited a loanee that has no future at the club, and Watmore is a 5 goals a season man. Coburn is still green. The January loanees are on him, but the others wouldn’t get into any of the other top 8 sides. Makes settling on a formation difficult (not helped by Crooks going AWAL (in more ways than one)).He has to take some responsibility. He called Lumley out, and rightly so, but persisting with a formation that isn’t working, and strikers that can’t even get a shot on target, some of that has to fall on him and his coaches.
