West Ham tonight.

Was very impressed with them. Totally tore apart a really good Leicester side with their high tempo, pressing, mobile game. Antonio looked the real deal. They must be ready to challenge for the fourth spot. David Moyes has put together a really good squad there and I'm pleased for him. They're certainly a joy to watch at the minute.

I’ve just an irrational hatred for them. I really can’t explain it.

As for tonight, they got lucky with the sending off. Won’t last. Bump this in May if they get into Europe and take the **** out of me (they won’t)

They got lucky with the sending off?!! The bloke nearly snapped his leg in half!!!!

Big crowd roaring them on. Said Benrahma is a key player for them this season. They will be top 8 definitely.

Sorry I hate west ham, or their fans anyway. I used to live in Barking and work in Kensington, the tube ride home was always torture if West Ham were playing at home, The amount of times I got grief off them, threats, spat on etc cos I had a Northern accent was unreal. In the end if they were playing at home I'd stay with a friend in Kensington rather than running the gauntlet. So I'm no fan of them in any way, shape or form

All clubs have nasty supporters and ok they may well have more than their fair share but have some good mates who are Hammers through and through and decent people

Yeah I appreciate that Abel, but sadly I never saw or met any of them. Living in barking was hell for me as a Boro fan (and Northerner full stop) as I couldn't even go in the pubs without some idiot, drunken 'ammers fan having a go. I lived there for about 6 months and I was hassled, threatened, spat on, offered out for a fight, etc, more in those six months than the rest of my life.
One time i went to the Chippy and even got offered out by the guy behind the counter who was serving me. I didn't get anything as wasn't sure what else he'd put in with me chips.

Sound horrific mate. Glad you got away from Barking.

me too, nearly went barking mad while there. This was the mid 1980s mind when footy violence was far more prevalent
than today. I'm sure it wouldn't be as bad today.
One highlight was discovering Billy Bragg's local and I got to see him live there a couple or three times (to go with the other 30 or 40 times as he used to play everywhere then).

Not sure west ham got lucky but the sending off certainly helped them win
WHU are a good side, no doubt and moyes deserves a lot of credit for that
Leicester however are more than a match for them and I wish ayose hadn’t done that because it was a ding dong of a match up until the sending off and although West ham were 1-0 up I fully expected Leicester to go at west ham full of belief

Spoilt by the sending off for me

I think it’s probably high time Moyes got the respect he deserves like, he’s doing a fantastic job there. As he has most places he’s been.

They were good last season and look so again too. They’ve got some brilliant players and I’d not be surprised if Creswell is pushing for the England squad in September.
