I think it might be something to do with the tax situation l, it’s the stick everybody uses to bash Lewis Hamilton with.
I could be very wrong and Lewis Hamilton may well be a very hypocritical type of guy but I think it will be taxes

I guess @HiredGun123 is one of the many people who inexplicably hate a successful black British sports star and ignore all the good he does. I think we know his type

From what I have read Red Bull might also be heading for the door within a couple of seasons.

They all do it anyways. Lando Norris is moving to Monaco over the winter break, a few doors down from Verstappen. I've said before if I was a formula one driver I'd also move to Monaco. Great weather, great restaurants, bars and other hospitality, still relatively private for the rich and famous. No brainer really.

It's against the rules to make a move ie undertake which results in the other car having nowhere to go but off the track.
I would have no problems if Max had got ahead with the move he made and the result was Lewis was then able to continue on the circuit, he wasn't . Lots of incidents like this, a call was made by the Race Director of no penalty when he re-joined. Fortunately for Max because I believe if he had continued and Lewis re-joined behind, then Max may well have got a penalty and have to give the place back. It fine margins and the likes of us are not the experts. As we see, they get things wrong and it's no suprise when the really big calls have to be made like what happened under the yellow flag sometimes they bottle it.

True. 8t also has nothing to do with ancient stance on human rights. Maybe hiredgun has other reasons to dislike equality
 
It speaks volumes how unfair the decisions were regarding the safety car when a lot of the drivers were confused and perplexed on track by the decisions in real time - just look at Norris, Sainz, Ricciardo, Stroll on board radio messages at the time yet none of them have really spoken up about it afterwards, think many have been silenced by their teams becauss of the Delicate situation with FIA

I think all the Drivers know it's been a c*ck-up, and are wise not to get involved. There was a get-out clause that it appears no one knew about. Mercedes were perplexed at the time as most were, and are right to get it clarified.

I get the tax situation, but if I had that kind of money Monaco certainly wouldnt even be considered, really dislike the place

As @Randy said it's probably because you're not a F1 driver. If pretty much all your peers live somewhere, and it's a place where the most high profile event in your chosen field takes place, it's a logical choice to live there.

I'm with you it's not my kind of place. I'm not a racing driver either.

I could have been a racing driver. I went to the new karting place round here recently.

I went down there the first day it opened right, and I did a couple of laps, I pulled over, the bloke that runs the thing comes over and said - Oi no professionals. I took my helmet off, I said I'm not a professional. He said - you're not a profesional? I said - No, he said - well you should be, if I was you I'd take up Formula One, and if you drive like that you'd probably be the best in the country! I said - I'm not interested I'm making **** loads out of computers.
 
Liberty media are copyright claiming everyone on twitter who retweets the video of Lewis saying "This was manipulated man" and getting the posts removed. If they did nothing wrong, they wouldn't have to cover it up
 
It was utter farce, they moved the cars out of the way to get what they wanted. Any sane person knows it was Hamilton's race and championship, anyone cheering Verstapen are the F1 equivalent of Man Utd supporting southerners!
