We are in DEEP trouble

Pattern emerging. Start the game well and are well on top for the first 15/20 mins, create chances but can’t score. Let opposition get a foothold and the game becomes more even. Go a goal behind and then we have a mountain that we can’t climb.

So the answer is score first in those 15-20 minutes and take hold of the game. We WILL do that at some point and start climbing the table.

We will only go down if rogers engle and silvera start every week and we do not tighten up. If we get jones/ greenwood with Mcgree and forss with latte back we will be mid table side and then could big if get the needed quality in January to kick on further. If carrick starts silvera rogers and engle at Blackburn we will get hammered and a lot will turn on him. Big fan of carrick want him here want him to succeed he’s been screwed over with what he has but he needs to get his two best players in the side. We have a a top ten ( just) with forss mcgree jones/greenwood and latte latthe. Relegation with our best 11 is not a possibility. Jones forss and Mcgree are not promotion material but there simply too good to keep us away from the drop zone silvera rogers and engle aren’t though

Not at all. Still support Carrick. I've not called for sackings or drastic changes. Living in the the age of enlightenment me kidda. What's being offered up currently isn't good enough. If you think it is fair enough. I dare say most people think you waffle śhîte too at times, but it's a message board for sharing your thoughts on MFC. I've shared mine.

I read the first 5 comments of this thread and gave up.

I can only imagine the comments that followed are from know it all posters with opinions on tactics, strategies and evaluations on players who have been in the side less than 8 weeks.

I have been saying it for weeks - you know very little about modern football including the abilities of a professional footballer. No amount of football podcasts, subscriptions to FourFourTwo or mates down the pub in the know is going to change that.

Not really, maybe if it said, "not very good", you'd have been less offended? Either way, its not quite the personal attack you are making out it was.

Give over, you are critical of lots of things and lots of people. You have very strong views about things you express quite often on here.
Do I take it that you put those opinions directly to those people in real life?
Or do you just vent a bit on a message board?

I don't think we're in deep trouble, I would condsider being well below your expected level after about 10-15 games being in trouble, and being in the same position after 30 games deep trouble.

I think the current squad is good enough to maybe be mid-table around Christmas, and then if things develop on from there and we get some good January loans then maybe higher, scraping the play offs as a max I think.

We're not in deep trouble, our level has just been partially been exposed, we're not taking the chances we should be (which should hopefully change a bit) and we're conceding from positions we shouldn't (which I've more confidence will change a bit). It won't change enough to get in the play-offs though, not with the current squad.

I don't believe we're playing at a level which should have us bottom, I think variance has a bit to do with that, and it should change things in our favour hopefully.

Criticism is fine, didn'y caesium say the players were dog sh!te. That was the comment I think shouldn't have been made.
