Scheduled it and the retentions team made no attempt to contact us. We had 250 MB broadband, full TV package including movies, sport etc so it was an expensive package and we'd been subscribing for years.Did you schedule the termination? Or just threaten the termination?
Given the past posts on here about getting deals then I at least expected them to try and retain the business, but no, they were quite happy to let us go.
