Virgin Media Increases

My company pay for mine. The difference in cost is magics company to personal. I save about a grand a month. Still they pay for connectivity and gas and electricity if I want to claim it.
My place give us the option of WFH or going in to the office so they won't pay us for our increased costs at home because it is our choice. I WFH majority of time and it saves me money.

My Virgin Media broadband price has increased which means I can now leave without incurring any early exit fees, and I am going to switch to YouFibre. Would I be best to sign up with YouFibre and then cancel Virgin, or vice versa?

Cheers.
You'd be best off cancelling virgin and signing up to youfibre. Youfibre can usually install within 2-3 weeks and after signing up, will usually come pull cables after 2-3 days. Once they've done that you can ask them on email every few days if they've had any cancellations and get it brought forward.

This will give you good crossover in service.

Youfibre will buy you out of your Vm contract with free months but it still means you're paying your Vm contract, so better to just get the new customer offer. Also when going as a new customer; you get 2 months free with a referral whereas by going through contract buyout it's only one month.

I didn`t think I had Norman but checking back through emails it seems I have.....got my email from them on the 14th Feb.

Might be worth double checking as it looks like we have the same Volt contract
The letter dropped this morning from Virgin telling me my package is increasing by £21.50. Virgin will be getting a phone call later today.
