Again, I think that's a completely unrealistic comparison. Palmer was good enough to make over 40 appearances for MCs first team. Rogers didn't make one; I don't know if he ever even made the bench.
I also think the word "potentially" has been used too much. He could potentially be worth a lot more, or he could potentially be worth a lot less too. He's had a good run of form, but that doesn't mean he will continue in that style. It's not so long ago posters on here were saying he's rubbish. Heck, he could be injured for a year before the end of this season. Potentially cuts both ways.
He's scored 4 goals in 60 championship appearances. Bowen, by comparison, had scored 53 in roughly double the number if games, and done it consistently over 3 seasons. Rogers probably is worth about half what Bowen was, allowing for inflation
