I was gonna write cooked in vegetable oil but I thought I’d let someone sayDepends on what they were cooked in to be Vegan.
Where did you get them?I know there are a few of us on here, I say us I actually have meat about once a week. Any way I have just tried these and I was convinced they were meat. I would definitely recommend.

Yes no red meat either for me, chicken once a week.I love daal. So good for you. And lots of pulse and bean curries. I find the texture of kidney and pinto beans to be 'meat like' so it's almost like you're tricked into thinking it's meat.
Rarely eat any sort of meat nowadays to be honest and no red meat at all. Love my veggies!

Linda Mac meatballs are very nice indeed!I`m not totally meat free but the couple of things I do eat that are free from meat are the Vivera Shawarma and Greek Kebab. Also meat free meatballs but not sure who they are by and I can`t be arsed walking to the freezer to find out
