Vaccine passports at MFC

In France we were automatically issued with the vaccination pass only after the second injection. Takes a second for someone to scan it on your phone or like me scan a paper copy which I always carry with me. It shouldn't cause any delays entering the ground unless people start arguing the toss.

Or were vaccinated abroad. If that was the case they are not yet able to download an NHS pass. I presume you would be in that position?

best would be if we could digitally clear our season tickets via an online proof check - not sue how feasible that is tho
Good idea but it wouldn’t work if as happens frequently season ticket passes are handed to friends and family to use.

I think there'd be a limited number of people in that situation. I haven't been back since before covid broke out and it looks like I won't be back for some time yet - certainly not until infections are very low as I'm vulnerable.

Oh I agree there won’t be many but my brother is one.

Did it at Cardiff away, outer perimeter show your passport email to some event staff who barely looked. Will be same at Mfc, these people aren't paid enough to care unfortunately.

I know, that is the issue, not geared up for this, so any checks would be cursory and not stringent, lip service only I would think.
In France I believe the info is sent directly to a central database which instantly tells the person doing the scan if you've had your two vaccinations (soon to be three). A big green tick appears on their mobile and that's it, literally takes a second.

I am in that position. I have American paperwork for the first two and an NHS paper proof of the booster.

I doubt very much there would be any technology involved, purely visual checks I would think.

It seems to not be that complicated, just needs a bit of organisation, so yes, that probably rules it out with this government.

BTW The french passport is not an email but one of those square codes, the name of which completely escapes me.
