Todays random geography fact

Snowdon is not the third highest elevation of mountains in the UK. It's about 40th, and Scafell Pike is about 140th.
Sorry I got it the wrong way round, Snowdonia is 3rd highest in prominence but 19th in height.
Ben Nevis is the highest in both prominence and height.
 
When it's minus 25C (real feel minus 45C) outside, I particularly enjoy remembering that Chicago is on the same latitude as Rome.
 
Is there a difference between overseas territories and overseas dependancies?
I don't know but in my opinion if there is a mountain in Antarctica or the Falklands that is higher than Ben Nevis, it isn't geographically British.
