The other day I asked about the Richard Dawson show at the Westgarth . Confirmed its not going ahead. I have been getting e-mails from shows that have been moved sometimes by as much as a year. There does not seem to be an option for a refund on some of these shows(I still have others to check out) even though on some of the new days those I booked for now have work commitments. Unless I booked and added "Ticket Protection" there seems no chance of a refund and even with it it looks difficult to get a refund. Where is the incentive to book shows that are still being announced when you cannot get a refund if it is moved.
I am not talking about our local promoters here but maybe DCI_Gene_Hunt can tell me how I stand with these tickets for shows some cannot attend. He will have a lot more knowledge of the rules than me. As well has Richard Dawson(no new date for this one yet), its same for Sparks at The Barrowlands and as I said maybe others I havent checked yet. Town Hall are offering refund for Roddy Woomble if I cannot make dates but although it will mean son coming straight from work we want to go. In fact in an ideal world I want to go to them all.
