I can’t make tonight’s game so I’m trying to transfer my ticket to a mate on the ticketing site. Has anyone been able to do this before? I’m getting an error on the ‘review your order’ page.
Everything is set up to do it. The website lets me select him from my list of friends and family. It’s the confirmation screen afterwards that loads for a bit before giving an error. I was hoping to save him a trip to mine before the game but he’ll just have to call round.It’s really shît they need a boro account and in your freinds network. Much easier to give them a physical season card
I’ve pointed this out on numerous occasions, the forwarding function doesn’t work. Did so very early in the season, but not for the last 3 months. That’s what I ended up doing, I’ve been using my phone all season to get into the ground but the card still worked for my mate for the Burnley game.As this forwarding option is still not working, how are people forwarding tickets to someone else? Can they still use old physical card?
