You have taken a photo from online of some empty cat food and used it to proclaim we are unable to offer basic food in this country and called everyone ignorant. You have stated that people should act better on here and you should do too.

You have started this thread for one reason only and that is to start an argument and throw insults at anyone who disagrees. You have accused people of laughing about food shortages etc and no one is. You are doing exactly what you complain others do.

I have been out tonight and seen with my own eyes the shelf situation and I could have bought anything that Aldi sells…. Except mixed leaf salad!

Been in 4 supermarkets in the last 3 days for various items… yet to see an empty shelf.

the local shop around the corner was the only shop that didn’t have the load of bread I wanted… when I asked where it was the the lads told me they have changed to a different baker. ( kings mill to warburtons) so won’t stock it anymore

Who hasn't got any veg?

We haven't had any issues or price changes at work when it comes to sourcing vegetables. In fact we haven't had any supply issues with any of the stock we carry. No other business in the village has had an issue either.

With regards to supermarkets food supply we've already been told by the media it's because of the high rate of people been told to isolate by the broken app. Trucks don't drive themselves, they aren't loaded by themselves either.

It’s really sad isn’t it? People will just deny what has caused it. If I didn’t think they were so scummy I would actually pity the people who will go to these desperate lengths to defend Brexit. How bad do you have to be to see actual food shortages and still defend the thing? It’s properly poor behaviour. I wonder what the cult of Brexit really want.

People are making fun out of the food shortage though. You Brexit cultus it need to align what your story is though on this one. Some are laughing at it, some are flat out denying it exists and some are blaming Covid. At you Brexit cult meetings can you not decide which scapegoat you want?

I see you ignored my post stating i had been out to the supermarket tonight and there was nothing short.

It is clear why you started this thread and it was to cause an argument and insult people, make accusations and be confrontational. Something you claim to want to call people out on.

I will call you out again on this and state if you can’t practice what you preach don’t preach about it.

Retail has also seen a massive upswing in the past 6 weeks.

The deal we have for Brexit is as much the fault of those who voted Tory as it is those who voted Brexit.

However typing all that has been a waste as you’ll simply ignore the facts as they don’t fit your blinkered narrative.
