Used to love Fuji apples, haven’t seen them for a few years

Apple flavors and varieties have all changed now, I live in a big apple growing region, just down the road from Breaburn. We get heaps of love apples, Jazz, Gaka, Breaburn, Granby Smith's etc. Our current market is Asia, and they prefer a much sweeter, tangier variety, so they are in. I would say that the trees round here are re planted with a new variety every 10 years or so as the market and tastes change
