He's got to change this, we're not a team at the moment, just 11 players (and a couple of them are not even looking that).

Hope O'Brien can shore the midfield up, Howson and Hackney are struggling and need help

Rubbish. We have too many attacking players who do not look after the ball well enough up top.
Silvera looks nothing more than a bog standard league one winger. Rogers is losing the ball. Get mcgree on. Get O'Brien on and move hackney forward.
The new lads do not look up to standard. Get them out of the firing line.

I agree. They are good players but they are not applying themselves seriously. It may be nerves, but we can’t put more pressure on them during our loosing streak
