Didn't have huge expectations of Leo , but I thought 4 at the back would be the very first thing he did.

Dropping Dijksteele today is pure crazy. He's better than Jones, certainly better than Paddy. Crooks is a complete waste of a shirt this season.
 
It's about time that we faced facts and accept that this is how it'll be while Gibson is in charge.
We know that we are basically unsellable due to the way our finances are structured and we all know that our recruitment is hampered by our location, lack of funds and inability to address the longstanding issues regarding creativity and midfield.
Whoever comes in will face those same issues and any purple patches will only be temporary respite before we return to the level we are at currently which is Championship also-rans.
Sadly, this is it unfortunately.
 
Team selection has been absolutely dire. Lenihan and mcgree are two woeful signings and should be nowhere near the team. Bola had a blinder at cb on Wednesday so we’ve punted him out wide to fit lenihan in and dropped our most creative player. Hackney also did more on Wednesday night than mcgree has done all season and again was dropped. We haven’t had a single shot on target and don’t look like having one either.

The new manager needs to bring in new ideas and we need to move well away from this 3/5 at the back with wing backs nonsense, it simply doesn’t work.
