I'm usually a super optimist but it's done, it's over. The time has come and whatever the deeper issues are behind the scenes, the players aren't playing for the manager, we're in an awful run of form going into the end of last season and despite bringing a number of players in we look like relegation candidates.

This squad is capable of much, much more but it's not happening and ultimately, Wilder is responsible for what happens on the pitch.

It's not working we need to move on and try and salvage something this season even if its just a little self respect and mid table anonymity.
