The Norwich six pointer game.

Even with us winning our last two games the Norwich game could be the turning point of the season. Losing 1.0 and they are dominating the game. They went down to 10 men and we won. It could have easily been an 11 point gap and season over. Now were are 5 points off them and the playoffs! If we could beat Blackburn, Norwich drop points at Stoke and Hull and Coventry not playing this weekend it could look good Saturday night. (y)

Stoke are not in bad form really, beat us and Preston, only just lost to Leeds away so it won't be easy for them.

In anycase its out of our hands, all we can do is finish the season strong and see what's happens

This league is crazy. It's mad to think we could be 2 points from the playoffs if results go our way this weekend.

Equally, we could easily be 8 points adrift.

I do feel we'll miss out but I'm just glad we're still in a position where we can even discuss it.

Norwich have a terrible away record. W 4 D 5 L 9. Last four away games L D D L. Here’s hoping. (y)

Blackburn are near the bottom 3 and we’ve made a habit of losing to those teams all season. Especially at home. I’m not convinced Boro win on Saturday. Let alone what anyone else does.

And we don't seem to do well against Blackburn recently.

We've just beaten two teams in the relegation battle in a row 👐🤞
Fingers crossed indeed. Be aware though. I’m at the game Saturday and the last home win I witnessed was West Brom on the 23rd of December! 🤨

I should really give my season tickets to someone else again.

I think we’ll beat Blackburn we are a diff side now than that stoke game our confidence is sky high

Just looked at our fixtures vs theirs for the run in and on paper I would say ours are harder. However the game is played on grass and not on paper. Just need to keep building the pressure.

It's a good point, the only thing that worries me is that it's been at home that we've particularly struggled against poor sides. QPR, Millwall, Huddersfield, Bristol City, Plymouth, Rotherham, Stoke. In fact I don't think we've beaten a team who have been in the bottom half of the table when we've played them at home all season!
Hopefully that changes on Saturday.

I’m just glad we have something to get excited about, another 9 games of with nothing to play for would have been brutal.

I was reading the Coventry board last night out of interest to see if they were watching our game and a couple of them were saying they’ve got no chance of play-offs 🤔

We've not booed them enough, they need motivating.

mid - late April will make or break our push Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, Cardiff. Its a 6 way scrap for one playoff place.

But I do think it's a concern, though it was away from home last season thst we tended to struggle against the ***** teams, we'll probably lose to Barnsley at home next August.

Blackburn’s last 5 away. L L D D L. Don’t know if that is a good sign, or bad!
Not sure you can take anything as a sign in the championship.

When we lost to Stoke they had won 3 in their previous 20.
When we lost to Bristol they hadn't won in 8.
When we lost to Plymouth they had 1 point from their previous 4 games.
When we beat Norwich they had only lost 1 in 10.
When we beat QPR they had only lost 1 in 9.

The reason why Coventry and Hull aren’t playing is that Coventry are playing at Wolves in the FA cup on Saturday. They now play Hull in the rearranged fixture on April 23rd. I wonder if we will be interested in the result?
