Loads to choose from In this category, James hetfield is one of my favourites but I think that Lou Gramm has the best voice in rock, obviously before his health problems from the nineties.

Chris Cornell had an immense voice IMHO and a great range. Really like Eddie Vedders voice too and Robert Plant, David Lee Roth and Myles Kennedy deserve a mention too.

You're right though tons to choose from, it's a tough question.
Yeah it's one of those subjects where if you ask 100 people you might just get 100 different answers. Some great choices there gord.

Great choices - I'd append Roger Daltrey and Mick Jagger to the list, which I suspect would never be complete without Freddie Mercury, so I'll get that over with now and add Paul Rodgers

Personal favourites of mine, to add to some of those already mentioned:

Bon Scott
Bruce Dickenson
Whitfield Crane
Graham Bonnet
michael Kiske
Chris Robertson
Shannon Hoon
Biff Byford
