Search for "Unrestricted Warfare" if you want to know what has been happening in China for the last 20 years.

The fallout from Covid-19 effectively removed the mask of China's hegemonic ambitions, revealing some pretty astonishing evil. Like quietly buying up all the worlds supply of PPE just before releasing a virus (which could have been suppressed within China) on the planet. It's pretty clear the CCP made a strategic decision that if they were going to crash their economy due to the virus, then the rest of the world needed to suffer also, to prevent China falling in power. So they failed to follow WHO notification requirements for the disease and their lackeys in the WHO (China has effectively appointed the last two Directors) suppressed the reality of the virus from the world for weeks. The wash from this exposure led China to abandon any pretence of being a normal nation and their strategy has changed completely.

that is exactly what the USA, sought, attained, and retained through violent wars, political pressures, corruption, espionage and a whole other set of nefarious means. This isn't a a case of US good, China bad

agree, I don't buy they released this on the world to create devastation, and bought PPE to impact everyone else. If they kept the truth from the world, it was most likely because as seen by previous viruses, the economic impact and regional disruption is great. They wouldn't have wanted to effectively quarantine china and take the hit. It's poor naive decision making more than nefarious.

If they had tried Dylan Roof as domestic terrorist which is what law enforcement wanted to do it would have made the KKK a banned organisation but The Republican
Party made sure it changed when he sent to court t was for hate crimes get want Antifa as a terroris t organisation.
