i just cant see how we can play o'brien and hackney in a 2 man midfield in front of a back 4 against southampton. They will get ran ragged and fear we will get hammered.

i dont mind this @StBill i would probably prefer bangura/engel on the left though instead of o'brien

Carrick likes one attacking full back and one who “sits in”, so if Bangura isn’t for we should use Jones as the attacking right back and move McGree to the right side so he can tuck in from there

Following Tuesday game, Silvera needs to be on the bench for his on safety and confidence, if he were to start the game tomorrow in the same manner he played at Sheff wed, a few of the fans could be on his back immediately and for that reason I hope Carrick players a more robust and experienced championship 11.

True. I just couldn’t see another wide attacking option if Forss is crocked and we have Jones at RB.

We are still teething and trying to find what positions suit our players best, I am not sure on where greenwood or Rogers best positions acual are but neither are a 10 and greenwood doesn't seem like he's the quickest to play as a wide man, could latte lath give us a different dimension from the left side of attack as he's athletic enough to do the dirty side of the game too?

Looking at all the players available nobody seems to suit the no.10 role hence why I would be tempted to change formation to get the best out of the squad.
