Supporters Forum Meeting on Monday

How is representation decided on for these things?

Like the 18-21 rep, how are they agreed on given that they are "giving a voice" to youth supporters. How many 18-21 year olds go to the games and know they have a rep they can raise issues to?

Looks like Agenda hell to me. For this level of items to be discussed it seems like you would be better having key issues to discuss at the meeting, and an offline discussion where you send over bullets from each area to the club for a response and if the response warrants further discussion it goes on the main agenda.

Parmo in a bun is a travesty considering its the areas biggest food dish, as embarrassing as that is. when you get one you feel like you have been pranked. But that shouldnt really be anywhere near a supporters group key issues forum imo warranting all those people discussing it.

1 minute per supporters group to discuss new issues and feedback sounds like it will be fun banging through those

In Your Opinion

No. It is obviously very crowded. There was so much late input from lots of fans and fans groups. I think I am right in saying there was a very short agenda a week ago and then it snowballed. I hope we can deal properly with the items that are really pressing.
But at least it shows as much as possible is being taken on and debated and debated with the club.
The 18-21 rep - there were appeals through several supporters clubs without success until this guy put his hand up, again last week.
If anyone has been to an away game this season they will know that this group form a very big part of our travelling fan base now.
Zoom meetings can work well but can also really be problematic for agendas - you can accommodate more people in the room but it can easily all go astray as well.

Recycled pint pots. Twickenham has done it for years. Extra quid on your 1st pint which is refundable on it's return. Your choice not to return but it would show the Club is recycling plastics within the club. Must be dishwashers in the club.

Half that agenda wont be discussed anymore than we will get back to you, it lets the club off the hook. if that was a business meeting you wouldn't get through all that in double the hours.

The meeting was over 90 minutes long - and was very productive. Some of the items are going to be discussed later at dedicated meetings - but these will be called quickly.

I asked for them to ask about the parmos in a bun, so I'm glad it was discussed.

Same with the squad photo.

Feel like we should be discussing more important matters than squad photos and concourse food. Ticket prices and membership being a good example.

Nothing about plastic pint pot recycling, which I thought would be pertinent in the current climate.
Was on the agenda but I removed it following discussions with the club so that I could get Helena to the next meeting who is leading on these types of things for the club in her new role. So will be picked up then.

Agreed, some key matters that are now recurring agenda items such as ticket prices, membership schemes and away match behaviour. But if there is a theme to fan questions that keep getting asked, we will try and get an answer either at a meeting or outside of it.
