So, what topics should we raise with the club? The Commercial and Media departments will be represented.

I should say at this point that a ticket pricing survey has been carried out by supporters and has already been circulated to the club.
What else? There is going to be a forum meeting with Kieran Scott in January.
We have reached out to Boro Fusion again who will be joining the zoom also there should be a new person representing the younger fans 18-21 rep. Quite apart from the major presence in the South Stand younger fans make up a bigger and bigger percentage of away fans this season. They need to have a voice. Zoom maybe allows for slightly more voices than sitting around a table. By experience if you have more people than can fit around a table at a live meeting then people will miss out and it can become too rushed and crowded.
We will be talking about Safe Standing.
- Voting for away kits
- Club involvement in Disabled Mini Bus Appeal
- Ticket pricing and loyalty schemes

Green Initiatives ?

solar panels on the stand roofs ?

An avenue of Trees outside of The Riverside?

Wind Turbines ?

Local Food sources ?

recycle - plates/utensils/cups/plaggy glasses/ food/kit(s) & their manufacture?

i was made aware that a club (Red Star - Paris / Wycombe wanderers/ Spurs) grow all of their own vegetables at their training ground that are used to feed the players in the canteen/restaurant.

Spurs gardens - growing Fruit and vegetables.

In reality the football club (all pro clubs) require a sustainability director/manager/dept - with a responsibility for 'the future' of the football club and all of its associated people & interests.

invest and get qualified experienced folk - dont add it on to an existing job description, and expect to show progress or achieve anything.

ive put this in the supporters thread, because it should be the fans and supporters who are demanding it of the football club.

think global - act local.

Definitely agree with this.

Sustainability is going to be a massive area of concern in the next decade or so.

There's financial benefits to be gained from getting ahead of the curve as well. Having high profile companies in this sector be part of the corporate vision would help the club through marketing and sponsorship initiatives.

It was Ugo Ehiogu’s birthday last week and the club made no reference to it. That’s their prerogative but Spurs sent out a tweet paying their respects.
I floated the idea of an Ugo memorial mural for somewhere in or around the stadium and it seemed to have an overwhelming support. I think it would be a lovely touch for someone that contributed so much to one of our most successful periods and was taken soo young. I’d appreciate if this was brought up at the meeting Rob.

Good shout. His non-conceding of penalties alone are a huge part of our history.

I noted it when you tagged me the other week. It’s on my list 😁

Rob I would like you to ask the club what plans they have to eliminate gambling companies from our sponsorship
Wrong messge for the current and next generation of fan ....Costly though it may be....gibbo made a stand with agents and ffp...Derby etc..let's make a stand against gambling promotion.

Far too many items to discuss in one meeting. 35+ items in 90 minutes. The time allocated to each item is a joke.

I'll be slightly controversial here but does the lack of replies to this thread compared with previous responses suggest that people are losing interest/faith in the forum?

Fair point that gene..hadn't seen that ...surely can't be achieved

One random thing is have the Boro ever considered starting a fan share save scheme? Long term this could be something that helped the club and formally improve engagement.

For example I would happily put in some money each month towards a fan share ownership. Over a period we could work up to x% of shares being held in a trust perhaps and a rep on some club decision making.

One day Gibson will be gone. Would be good to have fan involvement at that point.

I appreciate that all of these items may not be covered, but they will remain on the agenda to either be picked up separately or to roll over to the next meeting. If they do get picked up separate, I will add the answer to the minutes.

Some of the items are a question rather than a subject to be discussed that supporters have asked the group to raise and won’t take that long.

items such as the foodbank, we have already been working on in the background so won’t take much of our time up.

The key items are towards the top of the agenda, around ticketing and membership schemes and away match concourse concerns. If we end up running for 2hrs then so be it.

In regards to Parmo in a bun, it’s not seen as major issue, but I have lost count of how many people have asked us to raise this. So we will ask the question as supporters want to know.

We will raise what we can, document answers and continue to champion the cause for these things.

If someone has something they want to raise as an issue, the offer is there to attend a meeting and raise it in person. Just get in contact.
