Spence On His Way?

Note the transfer window opens up again after just 20 more matches. In the first 20 matches of last season we played just 21 players....I'll repeat, we have 29 players in this squad. Yes we're thin at LB if Bola gets a significant injury, a free signing LB and we'll be fine.

Judging by his comments to the press he seems to have doubts over Spence’s attitude. That said, given that Warnock will be gone at the end of the season, it seems an odd move for the club to let him go. Especially to a league rival.
 
Would be very interesting if we've started engaging in the dodgy tricks other clubs tend to do to us! Get Forest to waste their deadline day chasing a deal we never intend to put through... :unsure:🤣

Funny how other teams see things. “Spence is comfortable playing on the left or right full-back but can also be utilised as a winger”. I’ve never seem him play at left back (maybe once)? At right back he sometimes falls asleep and loses his man, relying on his pace to recover. As a winger, he never uses his pace to get past people, his crossing is poor and he doesn't score goals. Maybe a bit of the positive spin at their end then?
