Someone has to mention the elephant in the room

Longstaff could have easily had a hattrick, never mind his two goals. Guimares is class and Almiron is a very tidy player too. They are playing well as a team. As much as it pains me, have to admit they are doing well.
 
Southampton are awful, the number of passes either short or going astray is ridiculous.

Is just me or does the Newcastle kit look like the black run into the white stripe - It is like a kit they've had for several seasons and been overly washed.
 
As much as it pains me to say i think we just have to accept that with the financial power the mags now have its just a matter of time before they win silverware. Money talks.

It is, but I'd prefer it took longer than a year.

Once the oil money has seeped in to every element of the club, it can't be detached from a trophy.

Right now, there's enough continuity from the Mike Ashley era that some might try to argue it's not a Blood Money Trophy.
