G'day Lj
Greetings from Oz.

Hope that the nightmare is now over and you can look forward to a long and happy life.
Hopefully it won't be long before you're bouncing around the Riverside amongst the many on here that wished you well.

Hope all went well @Littlejimmy, just make sure you take it steady (and also that you have your surgical robe tided up correctly you don't want to be flashing your @rse to all and sundry when getting in and out of bed).

If the op went ahead he could well be in icu in recovery now. Home at the end of the weekend hopefully.
Yes, all the best to littlejimmy. Very brave. I know it was one of those decisions where you have to go ahead with it, but he’s shown strength in how he’s confronted it.

Looking forward to his return on here, and he can now happily look further ahead again and onto a great Christmas.

I'm alive. Has been a tough couple of days. Feel like I've been hit by a train and am struggling to eat. Early days though!
I'm glad you're not dead yet LJ. I'd thought about what I'd post if you were and it would have been along the lines that you have been one of the better posters on here over the years and I've enjoyed your posts, blogs, books and photography.

We had a good night out in Sofia about fifteen years ago too.

So I've posted it anyway. Great that you've came through it OK.

That's brilliant news to wake up to .Congatulations.
And also congratulations on the triple ton and six thousand views. :D

In order to keep the thread going for even longer, you may want to consider doing an Alex from A Clockwork Orange.
Tell the pretty nurses that you have a pain in the " Gulliver" and that you may need to be spoon fed for a while and that you
might be unable to wash and attend to your " Yarbles" for several days. You know, to avoid infection and what have ya. :ROFLMAO:
I'm sure most on here will be checking in on here regularly for daily updates.(y)
You may as well take advantage of the situation mate, because once you've been home for a few days, nobody will give a toss anymore.:ROFLMAO:

Best of wishes from Oz mate, take care and hope that you are home pronto.
