Here we go. This last 3 minutes is going to be a belter. 14 French players against 13 Welsh. Grand slam on the line.
It was a bitty game. No rythym at all.Eh? A dull boring game if you're English. If you're Irish and a neutral it was half decent.
Jones should resign.
Yes one of the best 6 Nations in a long time. 4 competitive home nations and a rejuvenated France. And sadly Italy remain as whipping boys.Wales have carried a bit of luck in this 6 Nations (Scotland sending off) and it finally run out there in the end.
It is good for Rugby to see Wales back to almost their best and France back playing flair rugby.
Both have been the best sides to watch, but you have also got to give credit to what Scotland have brought to the 6 Nations this year. The fans in the stadium have missed a treat this year.
I would argue with the 4 competitive home nations. Ireland had a poor start, Scotland should be a bit better than that and England were woeful. True Ireland and Scotland ended strongly and Wales were pretty imperious throughout. It was a good six nation but only because the battle between Wales and France (probably) ended up really close. None of the other nations would be happyYes one of the best 6 Nations in a long time. 4 competitive home nations and a rejuvenated France. And sadly Italy remain as whipping boys.
All four teams had at least one really good game. Scotland played really well against England with some staunch defending and handling going forward. Ireland were too good for England today and at times against France England lived up to their billing. Wales were fabulous so yes stand by my assessment that on their day all 4 were competitive. That’s not to say they were consistently good as they also had poor matches too - apart from the Welsh they were too patchy.I would argue with the 4 competitive home nations. Yes why is that? Have they lost any players for this season.Yes the Hurricanes season is now in trouble. They are 0-3 and looking a pale shadow of last seasons side.
They have had a few key personnel leave them because of financial issues. The biggest loss was Beauden Barrett to the Blues and T J Perenara to Japan. Also the coach Plumtree left as well to become ABs forward coach. Not good for WellingtonYes why is that? Have they lost any players for this season.
I agree, it's very unlikely France will get a 21 point swing and score four tries on Friday. It'll be interesting to see them go for it though. Might actually lead to a scotland victory as they chase the game. With points difference being such a factor lately you have this bizarre situation where each team has to put 40-50 on Italy to consider it a good result. This has to change somehow.I said after losing to Scotland don’t be surprised if England lost 4 games this Championship. They’ve been miles off the standards needed. That said, there are two teams involved and Scotland and Ireland fully deserved to win. Wales were fortunate in my opinion.
The game last night was a sickener for Wales. I was actually hoping they would do it but to lose on the last play must have hurt. I think they’ll still win the title as I can’t see Scotland being beaten by more than 21 points.
That is a really good point about Italy. Less than a 40 point win counts against any other team now.I agree, it's very unlikely France will get a 21 point swing and score four tries on Friday.
