Sick and tired of being alive

Why do other people constantly have to make my life such a miserable existence?
I think we all know people like that. They're not worth your time unless you have to converse with them.

I just have as little to do with them as possible - one individual i think things are turning for them.

Look after yourself

its horrible to hear your pain aet. hopefully one day when its all a memory, you'll see that those people are/were a complete irrelevance in your life, and the only thing that affects your state of mind is YOURSELF & your brain, and the good people that ARE around you.

Ever thought about doing some Yoga AET? More specifically Yin which sort of incorporates stretching and meditation. Just simply being in the moment really. It’s really improved my life in a number of ways. I know it’s not for everyone but I would have said it’s not for me a few years back… keep ya head up fella.

Life can be very tough at times .
But, the one thing I hold on to is " This will Pass ".
When in a bad place it's easy to think it will never change and doom and gloom sets in making it appear worse ..

It's easier Said than done my friend but try not to let other people's actions and behaviour effect you.
" It's none of your business"
Meant in a loving way

I certainly identify with your post mate

I think you need some sunshine.
My sister has depression. But she'll get better when going out to get sunlight during the day, and it got worse when she came home in the evening.
In Thailand, even in winter there is bright sunshine every day. Will only exclude in the rainy season only when it rains.
When I was a kid, I especially liked mornings. Because it will always look bright, even when growing up and having problems during work. I often look at the sunlight shining through the window.
Like the teachings in Buddhism that the light of Dhamma leads the way.

This is what I do. Helps me massively. I scoffed at ever doing it, till 2 years ago. Calming and good for body and soul.

Its managers at work

Its colleagues who are absolutely stupid

It’s neighbours being s***y and selfish

It’s a lad I’ve been trying to start a relationship with who is on another planet

I’ve been in bed since lunch time yesterday

No fecker can get at me here

They are the centre of their universe and only see things from their perspective. Don't let their views dictate your feelings. Focus on what makes you happy, ignore the rest. I tend to just focus on Boro when I'm feeling down. Good or bad, there's always something distracting about our lovely team.

Take a breath AET and consciously think ‘fck em!’ and take a step forward. The issues are theirs and theirs alone, not yours. Don’t take their failings on yourself, you are better than that. Care for yourself and those who are important to you and don’t let those who are vexations to the soul get in. Take care mate. Always available if you need a private chat. You know my personal experience of depression and so feel free to pm and vent and I’ll listen.

On a brighter note, I hope things pick up for you mentally and that you can enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

No fcker can get to you anywhere - as long as you don’t let them. Remember, it’s their problem / flaw, not yours.

Keep fighting mate.

Another thing that helps me a lot are audiobooks, I don't mean self help ones as I've had my fill of them. Fiction, take syou to a different place. Headphones on and just let your mind go with the story. I'm a sci-fi guy and just listening to Armada by Ernest Kline (again) but walking to the shops and in the chaos in Tesco just now, I'm in that world. Asda screwed up several delivery items so had to go in. Anyway, they have helped and do helped me so much mate. Loads of free ones out there.
