That's what I had read. The shooting occured at a house/street party. Wrong place wrong time and an innocent victim.

Incredibly lucky to survive been shot in the head.
 
The fact that people are running around with fire arms is frighting.

I imagine people (I'm guessing gang members) walking around with knives for 'protection' is one thing. You have a gun and it's a totally different reason. You take a gun to a party and its for one reason only.

The news coming out is at least slightly more positive about recoveryđź‘Ť
 
I think gun offences in London has been generally heading down and has been for 10 years. They're are blips, but largely the trend is down 3000 in 2011 and under 2000 2019-2020

It comes after Sky News learned the number of firearms seized by the National Crime Agency has quadrupled in the last three years.​

 
Homicide in London has dropped for the last three years,thanks to Khan, is that how it works?
 
I imagine (although only guessing due to news) that gun crime is worse in Manchester and Liverpool? It just doesn't get reported.

Where are those numberrs coming from Expat, I looked at the figures and they were no where near as high as that in 2019-2020. I find it hard to believe that we are comparing apples with apples in a rise from 1,900 to 9,000
