The alleged drs infringement is miniscule apparently. Mercedes will argue there's enough reasonable doubt through Verstappen's actions to take no further action.

If they didn't intend to break the rules then it's not cheating.

If they did intend to break the rules then it is cheating.

I would expect a far greater punishment to be given if the second scenario is proven.

One car is allowed to be quicker than another.
All sorts of factors come into play that's why performance can swing wildly over the course of a weekend as demonstrated last week in Mexico City.

That makes absolutely no sense. The fact is Lewis was found to have breached the rules and hence his car was illegally faster than the rest inc his team mate hence the fia sanction.
