Have you watched any A-League games, or just basing that opinion on your lack of knowledge? Riley McGee is ex-A-League and he's turned out okay hasn't he? This lad will take a year or so to get up to our speed, but according to you he's already not good enough.Is this the pool we now fish in?
The ignorance of some of our supporters, and their self-righteous slagging off of players before they've even seen them in action for us, really does peeve me off.
You do know that we've had some great players come to us from Australia (Johnson, Schwartzer, Viduka to name a few)? Where do you think they start playing their games, for the local league of course.
Personally I'll go with what our recruitment team think about the lad rather than some duff opinion on a football message board. Perhaps you should give that team the same sort of credit too
