I am wondering how many of these will be initial starters and how many impact subs given the increase to 9 for the bench. Are we gonna have to build a bigger dugout?
They will be in the team if they impress early enough. If not, they'll get their chance as the season progresses and then it's down to how they perform. Competition for places is never a bad thing.

Some incredibly reasonable comments here from Plymouth fans on our area in reflecting on them potentially losing out on this target.

And bizarrely someone who'd had a triple bypass there and praised the hospital as "top notch for heart surgery". I don't think we'd be using that as a selling point to potential signings but maybe I'm wrong.

What a strangely sensible set of fans, I like em 👍🏻

Football fans being rather objective. Good to read.

That must be the most pleasant, friendly and sociable message board in the country. My new second team

A lot of people from other parts of the country, (ex services etc) down there and I dare say, Teessiders.

I was talking to an Argyle fan a few weeks ago and, although pleased at the prospect of promotion, he bemoaned the fact that 'half the side is on loan'. The most valued loanee being from Villa!

i take it their comments about their beautiful green lands and beaches were tongue in cheek.
Devonport, Muttley, St Budeaux and Swilly (North Prospect) make Grove Hill look like South Kensington :ROFLMAO:

Already have a soft spot for them after signing up for Argyle tv when we played them in a friendly a couple of years ago and since getting lots of Plymouth related gossip pop up on my timeline. After saying all that we’ll probably end up in some kind of spat with them this season!

Plymouth had the largest supporters club of exiled fans in London outside the top division in the 90s. Fact.
