Not reallly as max/red bull is doing something that benefits him.I suppose the reverse argument is why didn't MV just take the paltry 3 place grid penalty and see how he got on?
Really
come on
and you say I’m biased
It's going to be a tight title race. They'll need to stop red bull picking up as many points as possible on a track that suits merc. You're just whining because you hate Lewis. Other teams would and do do similar and you wouldn't bat an eyelid. But he is already ahead though that’s the point max is at the back so why sacrifice bottas yet again.
I really hope Russell doesn’t get this treatment.
But if Mercedes have concerns about the reliability of the current engine why shouldn't they change it? You can't say it's OK for Max but not for Valtteri. Not reallly as max/red bull is doing something that benefits him.
Bottas is being sacrificed to help Lewis ( yet again) that’s the difference.
Name me another team tat sacrifices one driver over the other like bottas and don’t say Perez as he’s put himself out more often than not. It's going to be a tight title race. You think this is Valteris idea to go from the front to the back really ???But if Mercedes have concerns about the reliability of the current engine why shouldn't they change it? You can't say it's OK for Max but not for Valtteri.
I'm not saying that I agree with the tactic but this has gone on since the start of F1 racing - Fangio kicked his team mate out of the other car so he could drive it. Piquet Jr in Singapore actually crashing deliberately to enable an Alonso win. They are just off the top of my headName me another team tat sacrifices one driver over the other like bottas and don’t say Perez as he’s put himself out more often than not.
Probably not but was 'Fernando is quicker than you' really true either in that race?Answer me this does bottas NEED a new engine. ??
That was shameful but it was an on track team order ( I hate them but they happen now) a spur of the moment in the heat of battle decision.Probably not but was 'Fernando is quicker than you' really true either in that race?
Neither you nor I know the answer to that question.Answer me this does bottas NEED a new engine. ??

They're still fighting for the constructers, so I really doubt they'd deliberately chuck away having two cars in the top three or four just to maybe mess up Max's race. I assume there's a slight issue with one of the engine components, so as he was further down the grid than expected, and the redBulls are too they taken the decision to change it. It isn't the full 25 grid place, just 10 I believe so they've not just sprung a whole new engine, they've changed a couple of things they felt they needed to.Neither you nor I know the answer to that question.
Yes I can given he only got a new one last weekNeither you nor I know the answer to that question.
Sometimes yes.Yes I can given he only got a new one last week
or do they only last one week now.
Ferrari in general but making Barrichello let Schumacher past. The shameful Jerez incident where they sacrificed not only Irvine entire practice but made Zonda risk the stewards wrath and I don't even think he was a ferrari driver.I'm not saying that I agree with the tactic but this has gone on since the start of F1 racing - Fangio kicked his team mate out of the other car so he could drive it.
