Ross Stewart

My Sunderland mate reckons his strike partner Nathan Broadhead who was on loan from Everton is a far better player and finisher. With Everton staying up his chance of first team football is limited and could be available to buy or have on loan.

Did he also mention he’s made of quavers and gets injured al the time

I'd rather have Stewart over Stockton, not together tho. Expectations are fairly subdued at the moment.. who knows what Kieran Scott will pull out of the hat!
SAS , thought you would have been all over it Newy !
Shearer and Sutton ,
Stewart and Stockton !
And , they could play together IMO , with a no10 behind .

Very tidy footballer.
The only one who jumps to mind to compare him to is Dean Ashton.
Great touch, good in the air. Links play up well.
His finishing has improved dramatically , probably from working on the training ground with Defoe. ( Maja improved similarly) .
I think he will get 15 to 20 goals in the Championship next season.
He appears awkward, but there is a subtle grace to his game.
I enjoy watching him off the ball, very good movement.

I mean if you’d have just said that to start off with I could have avoided all of this embarrassment!

Hendry, Le Saux, Wilcox, Sherwood.. Flowers.. Henning Berg? Ripley.. Batty

that should do it!

Northern Echo reporting Sunderland have absolutely no interest in cashing in and are going to be offering him a new deal.
