Revisiting albums from your youth

Pretty much my entire collection is 'from my youth - or twenties and thirties' anyway. All the new stuff is mostly Mp3 or Streaming.
These three are this weeks particular favourites.

I have 900+ most in unplayed condition (Vinyl LP's and Singles) for sale.

They were a deceased relative, who just had them in the loft mostly 80s stuff.
I have just about added 650 of them on a spread sheet, struggling to find the time to add the rest- the best 2 boxes are not on the sheet yet, which include original red and blue vinyl Beatles albums, and a rare unplayed boxset from Elton John, Discogs list one sold at £100+

Can I urge you, in the interests of getting fair prices for your vinyl, to sell them separately rather than as a job lot? You will make so much more money if you can be bothered. There are some unscrupulous folk out there; it’s a shame that alanmoodysdog isn’t local any more. One of the best and fairest of our local second hand dealers…

It’s good to see you know about Discogs too; that will give you a good idea about the value of your stuff.

I'm happy to do a deal with someone, I don't have the time or space to sell these one by one. I'd rather a collecter gets them than a dealer, but it's likely that it'll be a dealer that takes them, 900 a lot for a collector to get all in one go.

I'm a bit of a compilation fan, currently (on spotify) listening to squeeze 45 and under

Also my 2 early Peter and the test tube babies lps, p**sed and proud and mating sounds of south american frogs

Not being funny but me and my mates only listen to the music of our youth (we're all over
55 yrs old) the majority of the time . There's some new artists we like ,but prefer to listen to what we grew up with .
When i here Jo Whiley constantly raving about Liam Gallaghers new stuff , it does my head in , never thought I could dislike anyone more than Robbie Williams , but he is easily the most overrated artist ever .

Honestly, hire someone to list them on Discogs for you, deal with the postage and everything and give them a cut.
