It's certainly an interesting question as to what the "hard left" is.
My initial comment on "RW Loons" covered the likes of Tufton St where they basically want a small state, economic free for all and if you can afford it good. If you can't, get in the gutter and die. No public services, no NHS, state schools - meh.
Hard left as the opposite end of the spectrum to these eejits......
Corbyn is Mr Socialism, wouldn't put on the "hard left" side. His policies are about creating a better, more equal society not a communist state.
Owen Jones - again, a leftie. "Hard left", again I certainly wouldn't have him borderline Marxist.
So who would be these "hard lefties" in UK politics? Trade Union leaders - although Mick Lynch is a BrEXit voter - not very leftie.
Suppose it just kind of sums up where the UK is politically - centre really, with a load of "others" in the mix. Can't really sway one way or another for too long as the public don't like it.
