I didnt think much of the last monarch, they say with the Harold Wilson conversation she had no empathy with anything or anybody but was told what to say about Aberfan - which is quite shocking, but some people have EDD, she must have been one of them.

She was head of state when they castrated Alan Turning, she knew he was facing charges but did nothing.
He later killed himself. And that's how you treat a gay war hero.
Mind you she did get a few pics in Army uniform before hiding under the stairs, which I suppose is better than her last Seig Heil as a good guffaw in the garden.

Charles has scaled the deadbeats family down to save his job.

Pretty shameful people we have inherited. Could I bring myself to bow or even acknowledge these people - my dad would have kicked my axxx and he was forced to serve in their name.

The country is now currently struggling due to ultra far right neo nazi voters, who will probably now vote Labour now its costing them a few bob - couldn't make these people or the situation up could you?

I remember reading something about the late Queen and her apparent dislike of the Welfare State. It was an unguarded comment apparently but makes sense from a person from inherited wealth.

It curious how many people willingly accepted the myth about the Queen. All the nonsense about her service and stuff. The Royal Family doesn’t provide any service.

Awww she seemed like a nice old dear and I forget she's died until I hear God save the King.
She was always there during my life. Can't stand the other parasites mind.

True, Tina Turner has done so much for this country and her service to the commonwealth should never be forgotten.
 
I quite like the idea of royalty but, my views is this, that they should say, we’re rolling in it, we’re buckled with money and could not spend it all if we lived forever. So instead of giving us any more money we’re gonna ringfence it for the good of the people.
We aren’t going to give it back to the government because they’d either waste it or think of newer, more elaborate ways to trouser it. Plus, to decide what would constitute what was good for the people you would actually have to be an actual person.
As for what could be decided as a good cause would be a moot point I suppose
