define 'we', do you mean, the government that made these decisions, or capitalism in general?
I think society actually mart.
Society is failing on so many levels and the fact that we’re not Prioritising educating our children Highlights this.
Government should have done more to open schools.
Teachers and unions should have done more to open schools
The population should be putting pressure on opening schools.
Some of the scenes in pubs and restaurants is rediculous. The lack of social distancing, the lack of enforcing social distancing.
The children have been failed by the adults.

Keep pubs open but ban parents of school age kids. How's that for fair ?
🍺😷👍
That not as daft as it seems actually. Would be difficult to police though. But they told your seventy year old grandparents they couldn't go out, they told your uncle Nobby with the chronic bronchitis to stay home, they told your Auntie Jean and her friends with underlying health conditions they couldn't go to Bingo(which was shut anyway). So what is the difference of telling people with children of school age that they can't go to pubs. I'm sure if they thought enough about their kids education there wouldn't be an issue.

Ah yes these scientists who are always 100% correct who weren't voted in to power by the population.

If they shut things down again as some b***ks trade off excuse the virus will be the least of the government's worries.
The trouble is Randy, to be come a scientist you need to have studies for a long time and gain degree level qualifications as a minimum. To be voted into power you need nowt- I know which one I would believe.

Agreed.
All I'm saying is they aren't always right. Remember we used to think the world was flat.

Or how Tesla allegedly found a source of unlimited energy but never lived long enough to prove it.

Scientists are always right in their approach. Create a hypothesis, design tests to prove it, prove it, prove it again, ask everyone else to disprove it. If any of this fails, chuck the hypothesis and come up with another.

Science is the only sensible approach to problem solving.

Compare that to the political problem solving process. Work out the personal benefit to me? Will it cost me votes or can I spin my way out of it? Double down or u-turn.

problem you’ve got is people are thick.
Brian needs it explaining to him
Then Dave needs it explaining to him
Then sue needs it explaining to her.
It really hasn’t been that difficult if you have an ounce of common sense and act sensibly.
Lets not forget that Dave reads the Mail, Sue gets her information from a russian agitator on on twitter, and Brian is a member of Britain First and thinks this is a myth created to destroy the success of brexit and the return of British Imperial power. They all share this on facebook, which spreads like a disease amongst their peers.

We don't need a thorough lock down again, it'll kill the economy and indirectly kill a lot of people. It's a horrible fact but we cannot support services especially the NHS without maintaining the economy.

It is simple and avoidable.
WEAR YOUR MASK and WASH YOUR F***ING HANDS. That protects against the two main causes of transmitting the virus.

Tho pubs make money schools dont, the tories need the schools open cos parents make money. Thats the debate i guess. The goverment will sack n ignore scientists advice and come out with kids cant spread the virus cos it fits the agenda. Like masks dont make any difference when we didnt have any. Now we have wear masks. Farce and lies from day one and it isnt going to change. No track n trace cos they paid millions to there mates not a proper company.scandalous shambles that just keeps on rolling

Exactly this.

The virus is here to stay for the foreseeable. Look at how long smallpox floated about until it was eradicated. Polio which has a vaccine is still flying about in Africa.

Practice good hygiene.
