Moon Landing conspiracists and flat earthers are not only ridiculous, but they're brainwashed idiots, too.
I haven't read that anywhere before to be entirely honest. But I couldn't and wouldn't take any statement from the current RF spokespeople seriously. Like Trump they constantly perpetuate an alternative reality. Soviet rhetoric was another thing and I'd be interested to read what they said at the time, and where it was published. That’s not entirely true, as the Russians did and they did it publicly.
So when did this revelation happen ? The 70s during the height of the cold car what about the 80’s when east met west in the glasnost era or even the 90 as the wall fell ??
Nope they did it offficially err may this year
Former head of Roscosmos now thinks NASA did not land on the Moon
The Soviets were actually orbiting the Moon when Apollo 11 landed.arstechnica.com
(Just after us sent war planes and tanks to Ukraine)
As I said in other posts on here, the USSR would have loved to make the Americans look like fools at the height of the Cold War and would have called them out on it if it hadn't happened.I haven't read that anywhere before to be entirely honest. I don't follow that. I know who Rogozin is, he's an "independent" reporter with suggested links to the FSB - possibly not so very independent."Rogozin is more than happy to layer this into his vehement anti-Americanism"
That clears that one up.
That’s my point it’s clearly a putin smear after Ukraine invasion a hollow one at that.I haven't read that anywhere before to be entirely honest. That makes perfect sense to me. Thanks for clearing that up.That’s my point it’s clearly a putin smear after Ukraine invasion a hollow one at that.
you've definitely faked your girlfriendIt's a big club and we're not in it, it wasn't about the space race, or the cold war, it's about a belief system, well, convincing people to change theirs.
Cue the tinfoil hat comments, delusion etc, and yes, I have a girlfriend and I don't need to get out more.
I feel so foolish now that you've pointed that out so clearly. Thank you.View attachment 63310View attachment 63309
That's not a picture of the moon landing craft, it's a photo of Odin The All father as a wanderer in his search for knowledge(see the bottom picture to see what I mean).
Do they sell nice fried chicken?I've visited KSC several times and hope to go back next year
Names please Nero! There’s some brilliant podcasts about the Moon Landings. Of course they happened.
I’d recommend 13 Minutes to the Moon on BBC Sounds. Very good indeed.Names please Nero!
Cheers. I'll have a look.I’d recommend 13 Minutes to the Moon on BBC Sounds. Very good indeed.
13 minutes from the moon is brilliant.Cheers. I'll have a look.
You’ll enjoy it. The music is great and there’s some fantastic radio communication. Plus interviews with people who were little more than kids when first involved. NASA had young men and women directly from Uni working on the projects. It was a time and place quite unique.Cheers. I'll have a look.
Got it downloading now. I'm in Angola and have a couple of long flights at the weekend so I'll have a listen then. Thanks for the recommendation. You’ll enjoy it.
