Watched most of todays inquiry with Angela van Denbogerd being questioned. What a deceitful, horrible specimens this woman is. She lied through here teeth, whilst innocents post masters were jailed, bankrupt and even died as she lied to keep the post office out of the $hit. As has been said, this is the largest miscarriage of justice in British legal history. If these people are not put in jail. We do not have a legal system.
 
One thing the enquiry has proven is that the senior leadership at the post office was rotten to the core. I doubt there will be any consequences, but at least the victims and public can see them being grilled, even if the stock answer is 'I can't recall/I can't remember'. In an ideal world, they would at least lose their pension or face criminal charges. Maybe some of them can't sleep at night??? Who knows!

As soon as the Enquiry ends some of these odious creatures need jailing immediately .
No delay , no defence .
 
I watched it too, a really horrible person, no acceptance of any fault or guilt.

The amount of questions she avoided/deflected boiled my ****.
 
Nothing will happen to her or especially Vennells who is establishment as they come.

Those hounded by the PO though, they were fair game at one point, and put through an awful situation.

Wow didn't realise he was the same bloke as the Mark Davies who wrote the book.
 
Maddens me everyday I watch it with these Post Office xxxxx, least I say about how things have appeared today with this guy the better.😵‍💫

Its absolutely strange as, they all seem to have no empathy or warmth in their feelings or character, every single one of them.
I wonder what the term is for a huge group of narcissistic sociopaths.
I wouldn't give any of them less than 25 years in prison without parole. Also they should take everything they have ever owned from them through the civil courts.

I wonder how Mr Ed of the Liberals will perform.
His version of handling the Post Office disaster when he was in power was, if he got any communications re the PO computer etc was just to shelve them without answering. He’s probably going to use this method if the public are stupid enough to vote for the Libs in the oncoming General Election.
