Part way through the week now - but fantastic gigs through this week.
Only 20 minutes up the road from Teesside and it is a great venue at East Durham College, on the road into Peterlee Town Centre.
Jazz violinist Emma Fisk headlines tonight (once long ago of The Rye). Emma is from Peterlee and has accomplished so much in her musical career.
Elaine Palmer and Kathryn Williams tomorrow - two phenomenal singer songwriters. Newcastle-based Kathryn has won so many awards - she was once Mercury Price nominated. Elaine is recently returned from California where she has recorded a new album which I have been told is pretty sensational.
The gigs are ridiculously cheap and finish early - so good for schoolnights.
