Agreed, false allegations ruin lives...What happened to Innocent until proven guilty?
He's denied all the Guardian allegations put to him bar one.Yes, but 20 different people have come forward and made similiar allegations . He's not officially guilty, but career over I think.

It’s not the fact he is guilty or innocent.. I am not privy to any submitted evidence so have no idea.
it’s the fact that a man (or woman) can be presumed guilty and their name dragged through the gutter before a shred of evidence is given or even before police involvement.
you've read the guardian article that exposed all this though? Otherwise you wouldn't be commenting on it surely?
Yet no police involvement over a month since the allegations and a man who strongly denies any wrong doing.20 women have given detailed accounts of his actions, all of which are remarkably similar, how much evidence does one need?
Sexual harrassment is not necessarily an illegal activity, but companies treat activities at a different level and take appropriate actions they believe to be relevant to their business. Sexual assault is illegal.Yet no police involvement over a month since the allegations and a man who strongly denies any wrong doing.
Like I said, I don't know if he is innocent or guilty.... it just seems wrong that he is being named and shamed for something that hasnt been proven

The allegations in the Guardian would 100% result in a police investigation... You have just made a judgement. The Guardian reports 20 cases of sexual harrassment. The allegations in the Guardian would 100% result in a police investigation... For example voyeurism
I have read the article, I do believe them to be accurate...Its the women I feel sorry for to be honest, he's a bloke of real influence and power in the TV and film industry and he's quite obviously used that position to take advantage of women. I'm not sure how you could read the guardian article on this with the witness accounts and not see he's a total wrong'n. Unless you think they're all making it up, which if we're being totally honest you clearly do.
I'm still assuming you've read the guardian article, but as you didn't answer that question I'm starting to think my assumption gives you a bit too much credit.
No I havent. The Guardian Specifically mention in the first case that he is accused of filming someone naked without their knowledge or consent...You have just made a judgement. The Guardian reports 20 cases of sexual harrassment.
That isn't necessarily an offence. It may be, it may not be. You have made the judgement that is is.No I havent. The Guardian Specifically mention in the first case that he is accused of filming someone naked without their knowledge or consent...
