Nicola Bulley still missing

So 60% of people wondering why they were invited to the meeting in the first place, 30% of people answering emails and 10% of people actually engaging and contributing to the meeting?
I got asked by my manager to stop washing the dishes and putting the washing out on our weekly team calls😀 I was required to be on the call but 90% had nowt to do with me so got caught out a couple of times when I was asked a question during someone else's section 😂

I hardly ever put my camera on Teams calls unless specifically instructed to. And if I’m on call but not leading it, I’ll be muted as well.

My company wide calls we’re all told to keep cameras and mics off as well as usually it’s only one person speaking until they ask for any questions at the end.

I hope it’s not her, for the sake of her family, but also I kind of do for the sake of her family. Closure is essential sometimes.

It’s been a heartbreaking situation all round, especially for her two young daughters.

Very sad ending to this story it seems. Hopefully will give the family some closure and perhaps much needed answers.

However the idiots on Social Media are still out there speculating that the body has just been dumped in the river overnight .. incredible and moronic in equal measures! They watch one episode of scooby doo and think they’re the worlds greatest investigators

Idiots. The whole situation was not helped by the super duper expert who tooled up looking to make a name for himself then when he made no progress declared she's definitely not in the river.
The police initial assessment of the most likely explanation for the disappearance, based on all the evidence available to them, has sadly proven to be correct.
Given their professionalism, with their thoughts for her family, they will not extract one iota of satisfaction from the final outcome.

I suppose Rawcliffe Road could be miles long, but that looks very close to the area that's been searched a few times?

I suppose she could be have been in a deep hollow and now decomposition gases have brought her up.

A sad end but better for the family in my opinion, than an ongoing open ended saga where no trace is found and people let their imaginations and suspicions run rampant.

RIP.

Very sad indeed, but at least the family will get some closure now.

The police have been getting a lot of stick over this case & they were right all a long. Also the accusations that the husband has had are a joke.

It looks as though she’s roughly a mile downstream of where they found her phone and the dog. So unless she’s walked by the river downstream. Then she’s gone down with current, past the weir.

Awful news.

Less than a mile from where she went missing. Questions have to be asked about the police actions in this.

Has there ever been a search involving dive teams to this extent in the past? Specialist police divers first in looking at the first mile or two of river then the mercenaries came in trying to be the big heros. Again they were there with high tech equipment, the best available is what they said, if she's there we will find her.
The family deserves some privacy now to allow them to come to terms with what has happened. I really feel for them.

Questions about that ‘expert’ guy with his amazing (not) kit and then he confidently says she’s not in that river. His reputation is being damaged by this. The police can only search whereas he made definitive statements which ere wholly untrue.

Didn't the initial search only include up to the weir as they thought there wasn't sufficient flow to carry a body over it?
