NHS Staff in Scotland to be offered 4% pay rise

Boris will come in on his white charger and say he’s fought the nasty dragons and got his heroes the 2.5% they deserve

General comment re NS not the pay offer - I doubt I’ll ever see the day that NS makes a decision of her own without first waiting to see what others do before entering into her own little game of one-upmanship. She’s a hideously poor politician and would kak her keks if she had to be PM of the UK in the big world.

That said, the 1% was derisory.

Scotland had already awarded £500 bonus in December. Ahead of the game in the right way again.

Scotland were always ahead of England with every Covid-19 announcement.

It’s the end of the financial year so they had to make a decision one way or another. It’s not like England has just announced a one off pay rise and Scotland has followed.

It’s not political games either, it’s what any government should be doing after the year we’ve had. Hopefully it might shame our government into action.

The last 12 months have shown sturgeon and johnson are nothing like each other. One leads the other follows, far too slowly

Divisive politics at its best.

Johnson and Sturgeon deserve each other.

The pair of them are evil.
I wouldn't go as far to say they are evil, but they're both sneaky, untrustworthy opportunists who benefit immensely from having a deluded following who will go out of their way to defend anything they do.

I have noticed that she is a bit contrary.

4 per cent isn’t a bad pay rise given the current state of affairs. You may notice the difference in your pay packet,
