Not the end of the world, thornaby station to Stockton, stockton to stockton centre, boro to actual boro centre not that far off really, imagine they will do some kind of shuttle bus service from it to the stops at the park

If they put a station on the other side of the a66 I wonder if they’ll put either a shuttle bus on or a pedestrian only covered bridge with travellators.?

(I know the answer is no but it’s probably what they’d have to do to make it worthwhile - think big or go home!)

In fairness in terms of catchment it couldn’t be in any better place at the A19 A66 junction. Hasn’t the M&S got one of the highest footfalls in the country?

It needs another entrance with better access to the A19/A66 but it's impossible to do with the golf course on the side of Teesside Park

It must be going to happen because he said “The new rail and bus interchange will also link in with plans for Care and Health Innovation Zone at the Tees Marshalling Yards, meaning people will have access to the high-quality jobs created there", and he's never exaggerated about jobs before.
