Name your favourite band/artist

Today The The
Mind Bomb
Infected
Soul Mining

Tomorrow probably KLF and all the stuff they've put up on Spotify.
Having been a bit sideswiped by Laura Barton's appreciation of Bruce Springsteen this afternoon I'll amend my tunes for tomorrow to The Boss. It's great when a writer I love affects my choices.

Seen them once. Mainly went along to support Lyndsey Schoolcraft who was on key boards at the time. Enjoyed it though.

I'm with Lefty on this hard to name a favorite band. Like quite a few.
The one I would have said was Delain I have seen them the most, but they have basically finished. Pandemic has not helped

So I will say Beyond the Black. Next year they will probably become the band I have seen the most

Song of Love and Death
Lost in Forever
Heart of the Hurricane

Checking out a few of their track out now. Sounds good.

Hope you continue to enjoy it! They only existed for a few years before they were consumed by their own incredible talent and folded in on themselves, leaving two exquisite albums and an abiding legacy of bands trying to recreate their sound.

First two Beyond the Black albums are great. Less keen on the latest two.

Finally got to see them at Glasgow in 2016, was so looking forward to it but they just played new stuff, nothing (maybe Karmacoma) from those albums - so disappointing.
Reminds me of the Neil Young story about him coming on stage and announcing they were going to play their new album in full. The crowd stayed silent. After that the band left the stage with NY announcing they'd be back in 15 minutes and play more familiar music. The crowd cheered. 15 minutes later they returned and again NY said they'd play a set the crowd should be familiar with. Again the crowd cheered. The band repeated their first set of of the latest album, with Neil announcing that people should be familiar with it now. Made me love Neil Young all the more, especially having seen him do similar touring "Trans".
